The operating model

One team from first
contact to close.

When the founder is still the best closer, every deal competes for their time. We take ownership of three parts of the sales motion.

Revenue infrastructure

A workspace built around your buyers, with target accounts, deal stages, approved messaging and a forecast you can inspect.

Full-cycle sales

Aurenza-employed account executives prospect, run discovery and demos, negotiate and close within your approved terms.

Revenue visibility

See which deals advance, which contracts are signed and how much cash you’ve collected. Review it with us every week.

Common questions

Before we talk.

Who is a strong fit?

Established B2B companies with paying customers, meaningful deal sizes and room to fulfill new demand. Our initial focus is $2M–$10M businesses and funded teams with at least $1M in recurring revenue and sufficient runway.

Who owns the customer relationship after close?

Your customer contracts with and pays your company. Aurenza transfers the sales context and agreed commitments to your fulfillment team. You own implementation, support and the customer experience.

How are performance fees calculated?

We agree on attribution and baseline existing opportunities at kickoff. Performance fees apply to new, attributable cash your company actually collects. Contract signature and invoice value are tracked separately.

What happens during the first 90 days?

We validate your offer and capacity, configure the workspace, train the assigned AE and begin outbound. Weekly pipeline reviews drive changes to messaging and deal strategy throughout the engagement.

What do you commit to?

Aurenza commits to the agreed infrastructure, sales execution, reporting and optimization. Sales outcomes depend on your market, offer and customer decisions.
